1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector and 2 wire harness clamps.

  1. Loosen the hose clamp and separate the air cleaner hose.

  1. Disengage the 2 clamps and 2 claws and remove the air cleaner cap.



2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the air cleaner filter element.



3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and the air cleaner case.



4. REMOVE ENGINE COVER ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the engine cover.



5. SEPARATE ENGINE WIRE

  1. Disconnect the wire harness clamp and bolt shown in the illustration.



6. REMOVE ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Support the engine with a jack and a wooden block, as shown in the illustration.

  1. Remove the 5 bolts and 2 nuts.

  1. Remove the stud bolt from the engine mounting bracket.

  1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the engine mounting insulator.

7. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY

  1. Slide the clip and disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and vacuum pump assembly.

  1. Remove the 2 O-rings from the vacuum pump assembly.
